What is the Lynda@Home Video Series?

The Lynda@Home Video Series Volume 1  is a series of 10 educational videos of songs from the All the Doo Dah Day Music and Movement Program, taught by our founder Lynda Slavinskis, Masters Qualified Early Childhood Teacher and experienced musician. Videos are not downloadable and are accessible only through the website via exclusive member only access pages.

 

What is the Gold Plan Subscription?

The only way to currently access the Lynda@Home Video Series is by buying a Gold Plan Subscription, which is an ongoing subscription payable monthly.  The subscription gives you exclusive member access to the Lynda@Home Video Series and inclusions.

How Do I Create a Member Login?

​

When you hit the “Buy Now” button on the Lynda@Home Video Series Gold Plan Subscription Page, you will be prompted to create an account with All The Doo Dah Day. 

 

You need to “Sign Up” by entering a valid email address and password.  This is the information that you will then need to “Log In” any time you want to access the Lynda@Home Video Series.

 

After you have created your account you will return to the payment page to finalize your payment.   There is a little Log In section on the top right hand corner of the website on all devices that says “Log In” with a little bell icon next to it.

 

Only members who have paid their subscription fee can access the Lynda@Home Video Series Vol 1, 2, 3 etc which can be found on special member only pages under All The Doo Dah Day Take Away Menu Button on the website.

How much does the Gold Plan Subscription Cost?

​

$6.99 per month.  You pay an initial subscription fee of $6.99 when you press “Buy Now” on the Gold Plan then you will be charged $6.99 monthly after that.

How do I pay?

​

You can pay by Visa or MasterCard or by Paypal on our Website.  Our Website uses Stripe to process payments.  Your payments are secure.  Your subscription fee will be automatically debited from your nominated account monthly.

What is Included in the Gold Plan?

• Immediate access to Volume 1 of the Lynda@Home Video Series and access to all subsequent Volumes.

• Access to the Parent and Educator Guidance Notes

• Access to Bonus Videos

• Access to the Lynda Songs e-Guidebook

When will the new Volumes be released?

​

New Volumes will be released 14 days after the beginning of each gazetted school term in Victoria starting in Term 3, 2020.

How do I get access to the new Volumes?

​

You automatically get access to new Volumes as long as you have paid your subscription fees.  The new Volumes will appear under the All The Doo Dah Day Take Away Menu Button, listed in Volumes 1, 2, 3, 4 etc.  Click on your preferred Volume and you will be taken to that Volume’s videos.

When will the Lynda Songs e-Guidebook be released?

​

The Lynda Songs e-Guidebook will be released in September 2020.  Members will automatically get access to the e-Guidebook.

How do I Cancel My Subscription?

​

You can cancel your subscription at any time after the expiry of the minimum subscription term by sending us an email or submitting a contact form on the website.  It would be great if you could let us know why you have cancelled.  You will get charged your next monthly subscription instalment then your cancellation will become effective. You will no longer be a member of the website and have no access to any of Lynda@Home Videos or other inclusions in the Gold Plan. No refunds will be made.

Is there a Minimum Subscription Term?

Yes. 3 months from the date you make a purchase with a minimum total subscription fee payable of $20.97 (GST Exclusive)

What happens if I can’t access the Videos?

​

If you can’t access the videos, please send us an email to let us know and we will try to fix it straight away.  Sometimes, our third party providers like the website hosting or video hosting companies will have outages that are beyond our control.  We are not responsible for any delays in you getting access to our website or the Lynda@Home Video Series due to the actions of third party providers.
